Justice System: An Initially Blindfolded Process
Justice is characterized by a sensible conduct and treatment. This term is common in the industry of law whereby justice must be provided to all men and women. The truth is, the Greek statue of a blindfolded lady may have been a great icon of justice. Yes, you are reading it right. Blindfolded. Your primary response might be to formulate a question why is she blindfolded. You might ask, “why does it symbolizes justice when she cannot actually visualize what is takig place?” Well, you may the right ask those things but really the popular meaning of the blindfolded woman is that she, being sightless on the bribes that a variety of men and women may present her. With that, money, fame, even death could never be seen or felt and simply justice will prevail. This would signify that regardless of who you are, regardless of where you are from, and regardless of what’s your financial status, you will always obtain justice.
But sad to say, a lot of people disregard the common symbolism of the blindfolded woman and take heed on the possible contrary meaning which is not being able to see or perceived what is happening in the surroundings. Some of which might be intentional while others are non-intentional. In essence, the intentional thought is an egocentric concept of folks who are involved. Human beings with this idea understood values and the law. On the other hand, non-intentional is simply being unaware of the situation that causes injustice.
Generally speaking, the entire process of the justice method is originally blindfolded as such (think harder). Now, let us understand more about this idea. Men and women are simply human beings. They cannot be at one place at the same time which makes them blindfolded in several cases. Like for instance, a criminal defense lawyer when hired by a client is not really aware of what is occurring or about to occur. Everything that needs to be done is simply to accumulate info from the client and get hold of papers that would establish the client’s plea of not guilty. That scenario is being blindfolded. In the same way, having a witness can be an evidence of justice processing being blindfolded too for no one really is aware if what the witness is stating is really true or not.
Although the justice process is simply blindfolded, it does not mean that you can never obtain justice at all. You can always stand, talk, or hold things even when you are blindfolded. It’s only that this document is trying to communicate a fresh thought about justice and the blindfolded woman. Blindfolded for bribery, blindfolded in the concept of good and bad, or blindfolded in the processes – all might be correct. It just a matter of how you perceive it.
